At Cona Consultores, we are looking for 265CO HR SERVICE SPECIALIST (Talent Recruitment) to join a leading multinational telecommunications company. This person will be responsible for supporting the recruitment of rep. office personnel, including:

1. Participate in talent acquisition, including aligning with business departments' requirements, building recruitment channels, managing recruitment (school recruitment, social recruitment, and outsourcing), tracking interviews, and operating the whole recruitment process.
2. Participate in the E2E review and optimization of recruitment scenarios, and take charge of recruitment quality management, process compliance operation, and business exception review.
3. Provide enablement training on recruitment and allocation, and consult and interpret policies for business departments.

Requirements:
• 2 year of experience in HR
• Graduates or advanced students in HR or related fields.
• Advanced English (mandatory).
• Proactivity, good communication, and execution skills.
• Good Excel proficiency.
