Quality Management Manager, ISO 9001/22000 Standards, Advanced English - Buenos Aires

We are currently seeking a Quality Management Manager for a well-established fragrance company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Regularly communicate the performance of the Quality Management System to all levels of the organization, preparing reports and identifying improvement opportunities to enhance process efficiency.

• Identify, analyze, and manage deviations affecting the quality of products, processes, and services, leading the implementation of corrective and preventive actions and monitoring their effectiveness.

• Ensure compliance with customer requirements, applicable regulations, and corporate standards, guaranteeing product traceability, food safety, consistency, and overall product quality.

• Plan, coordinate, and lead internal audits, customer audits, certification body audits, and corporate audits, managing resulting action plans and promoting continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.

• Work cross-functionally with the Production, Development, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams, ensuring the proper implementation of quality standards, resolution of non-conformities, and achievement of business objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the food and/or fragrance industry.

• Knowledge of quality and food safety standards applicable to the industry (ISO 9001, HACCP, FSSC 22000).

• Advanced English proficiency (mandatory).

• Experience in non-conformity management, quality audits, and customer quality claims.

• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and technical documentation.

• SAP ERP and Power BI.
